The Huawei HG8010 GPON from EchoLife Series is a rugged optical network terminal designed to connect to FTTH networks as a basic multifunctional home or office gateway. The HG8010 is equipped with one adaptive Gigabit/Fast Ethernet port with auto-negotiation for uninterrupted simultaneous Internet access, seamless VoIP services and HD video streaming.
Plug-and-play technology
Support for plug-and-play technology greatly speeds up the installation of new equipment and guarantees the stability of the fiber modem. Connection to the Internet, IPTV and VoIP does not require any initial configuration or special knowledge on the part of the user. All provider services can be accessed with a single click in the network management system (NMS).
Modern technology
Implementation of state-of-the-art energy-saving technologies and "green" assembly provides 25% energy savings: the SOCs are integrated directly into the voice and PON transmission modules. Implementation of the 802.1ag Ethernet OAM protocol enables real-time monitoring of E2E (exchange-to-exchange) channels.
